TC Electronics Polytune

I was looking at tuners for a new pedalboard and was going to go for the Korg Pitchblack, but eventually went for the Polytune. What appealed to me was having the option to strum all the strings at once and instantly see which strings are out of tune, then you only have to tune those strings rather than having to go through every string in sequence.

Very handy for playing live when you need to tune up really quickly after giving the trem arm a bit of stick.

It has quite a few features which I haven't yet explored in full, just using it in default mode. One rather odd thing is the inclusion of a usb connection, may be some software updates for it in the future? It also has a 9 volt out for connecting to another pedal and is True Bypass, (a tuner pedal in particular should not mess up your tone).

If you have an Apple iPhone or iPod Touch with IOS4 you can download an App of this pedal, so you get a good idea of how it works for a few quid.
