Elixir Nanoweb Electric Guitar Strings

I first came across Elixir strings when I bought a Brian Moore guitar as they were fitted as standard.

I was so impressed I am now using them on all my guitars.

They may be a bit more expensive than some other brands, but as it quite rightly states on the packet, they last up to 5 times longer than uncoated strings.

I generally use the .009 - .042 gauge, I have tried heavier gauges, but feel most comfortable with 9's for most situations.

There have been numerous discussions/arguments about string gauges, my advice would be to use whatever gauge suits your particular playing style and guitar you are using.
