Ironstone Pickups

There are a lot of pretty decent inexpensive guitars out there, and usually, as long as they are reasonably playable, the only thing letting them down is the pickups.

I thought I would try out some of the lower priced pickups that are available. A lot of the name brand pickups are overpriced anyway, so there is no reason why these should be inferior.

I fitted some of the Platinum grade Ironstones to a 'Stratocaster' I have built from various bits and pieces, and am very impressed with them.

I will be installing some more into my Squire Affinity Stratocaster, which will make a big improvement I am sure.
